APPRENTICE DATA SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The role of Apprentice Customer Support is to learn the basic skills needed for outstanding customer service and to gain an understanding of the Premier Crop Systems database and tools used to process agricultural data.
JUNIOR DATA SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The role of Junior Data Support/Customer Support Specialist is to meet the needs of assigned accounts in a timely manner. This role processes agricultural data using our software, reviews and adjusts various types of data files while maintaining the relationship with assigned clients.
SENIOR DATA SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The role of Senior Data Support/Customer Support Specialist is to meet the needs of assigned accounts in a timely manner. This role processes agricultural data using our software, reviews and adjusts various types of data files and may be assigned special projects while maintaining the relationship with assigned clients. The Senior Data Support/Customer Support Specialist also trains team members and advisors on our software system while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism.
TECHNICAL DATA SPECIALIST
The Technical Data Specialist will work remotely with producers, their data and precision ag platforms, to help maximize their return on investment with their variable rate technology using our software and technology tools.
AGRONOMIC INFORMATION ADVISOR
As an Agronomic Information Advisor (AIA) you will support existing and prospective producers by providing agronomy and business development in the assigned geography, focusing on precision agronomy and variable rate technology. The AIA will help producers download electronic data through recorded GPS systems, as well as, provide agronomic advice through the use of Premier Crop Systems’ software. Attention to detail and accuracy are important as producers make profitable decisions based on your agronomic data delivery.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The role of Business Development Manager will identify growth opportunities within the assigned geography and manage, train and support their team of RAL’s and AIA’s. This position will develop an expansive network within an assigned geography and will assist in driving growth and prospecting new customers.
